In the middle of a difficult situation, you lose distance. MIRROR gives it back.
You answer five open questions in writing about a specific leadership or business situation. It takes about 20 minutes. I read your answers myself and write you a situation report. It sets out what stands out to me, what seems to repeat, what lies within your influence and which question is worth resolving now.
You receive the report two to three days before our conversation. In 30 minutes we test it together, correct what doesn’t fit and agree on your next step.
What you get is a reasoned working hypothesis about your situation. There’s no diagnosis and no personality test involved.

After your request you’ll receive an invoice. I’ll send you the questions once payment has arrived. If you decide on EDGE within eight weeks, the €450 is credited in full.
Sometimes the bottleneck isn’t a single person. Decisions get stuck between management and the next level down, or a leadership team has to navigate a transition together for which the old routines no longer suffice. That’s when I work with the team. I design each Team Lab for the specific situation, which is why it can’t be booked online. It starts with a 30-minute briefing.
Good training teaches tools that suit many leaders, and that has its value. MIRROR and EDGE start from your situation, your company and the people you work with. There’s no standard assessment here and no programme that runs the same for everyone. And unlike a single coaching session, EDGE only ends once a change has been tried out in everyday work and reviewed.
I work with generative dialogue, a method in four steps.
You run a company or hold responsibility in its management. You have a specific situation in mind in which your usual answers no longer work. And you’re willing to have your own view tested and to try something new in your daily work. MIRROR and EDGE are offered to businesses only, and the invoice goes to your company. I don’t accept requests from private individuals. My terms for businesses apply (in German).
All prices are net prices for business clients. For clients in Germany, German VAT is added. For business clients in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID, no German VAT is charged, and you account for VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism. For business clients outside the EU, for example in the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the service is generally not subject to German VAT, and your local rules apply.
My terms for businesses are available in German, and the German version prevails. In short: your booking is a contract between your company and me. You can cancel MIRROR free of charge until you submit the intake. Appointments can be moved free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. EDGE can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the first working session.
